About Miller Impact Collective
Lina Miller, founder of Miller Impact Collective. I'm a fundraising strategist, team leader, and relationship builder with over 25 years of experience mobilizing transformational philanthropic support for nature conservation, climate solutions, environment, human rights, and social justice.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes—from small, grassroots organizations to global nonprofits—helping them envision and build values-aligned fundraising programs and secure six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts to drive systemic change.
Most recently, I led high-performing major gifts programs at Earthjustice and The Nature Conservancy that secured hundreds of millions in philanthropic support and fueled significant organizational growth.
I believe philanthropy works best when strong relationships and trust are built between donors and organizations. When honest, courageous conversations ensure shared values and readiness to act. And when fundraisers are supported with the systems, leadership, and clarity they need to thrive in what is often one of the most demanding roles in a nonprofit.
